1. The mechanism of double oil cylinder, precise four-column guiding and automatic balancing double connection rod can make it reach the high-duty cutting force and guarantee the same cutting depth of each position.
2. Use PLC computer touch screen to control procedures, servo motor driver conveying system, insure feeding accurate range, with stable running speed.
3. Feeding and discharging to be cut material all in a conveyor belt and realize a conveyor belt in directly material cutting action.
4. The special setting mechanism makes the travel adjustment simple and accurate in conjunction with die cutter and cutting depth.
5. When the cutting board goes dowen to cutter, it can cut material automatically and slowly. It makes sure that there is no size error between the uppermost layer and lowermost layer of materials.
6. The central oil supply automatic lubricating system guarantees the service life and precision of machine.
