This production line is suitable for forming cutter die to PVC floor sheet and other industries for large quantities of continuous cutting collection automatic operation.
1.PLC touch screen program control,it has two kinds of cutting die mode(automatic and manual)to choose for cutting.
2.Special pu belt driving with servo motor,supplemented by skew roller roller continous fedding device and feed inlet intelligent positioning device.
3.Manual adjusting caging device of four-column,which can effectively control the cutting depth.
4.Front and back photoelectric control device,ahich can protect the high safety of operators.
5.Equipped with automatic separation device of finshed product and waste material,to achieve effective separation and improve collection efficiency.
6.Singal warning light can coular-separation display the different current working state of the machine.
7.Special water coller,which can effectively reduce the temperature of hydraulic oil.
8.According to the needs of users,it can be added the electric lift platform and device of mechanical arm automatic suction feeding.
