Automatic rubber floor down glue machine
Characteristic and advantages :
The machine is made up of store planks zone , belt feeding system , spray glue device , 150L hot melt glue box ,unwinding back paper device , pressing rollers , cutting knife , PLC control system etc .
It is suitable for laminating back paper or back film onto LVT floor , PVC floor and other Rubber floor with hot melt pur glue .   
The machine has many advantages as following :

1.The machine is equipped with separate hot melt box , it has big volume glue and it provides enough glue while the machine is working ;

2.The glue tank has automatic detect glue surface device , no need person check the glue surface with eyes ;

3.The air shaft and magnetic powder drive supply enough tension force onto the paper which unwind the paper automatically and steadily ;  

4.The machine adopts new design and it doesnt have absorb wind device . the machine noise is lower and its total power is small . it can save energy than old design machine ;

The machine adjustable range is bigger as per LVT floor width and length . we can customize the machine as per customer's request specially ;
