Precision four-column hydraulic plane cutting machine
Use and character
It is suitable for cutting all kinds of floor and wall decorative materials(such as cork board,EVA floor,PVC floor,plastic floor,carpet and flexible material)into small size samples or large pieces of finshed product batch production.
1.Double oil cylinders,precision four-column auto-balancing link structure,which can guarantee uniform cutting depth of each cutting position.
2.When upper cutting board drops down and touches cutting die,it can automatically slow cutting to make the cutting material no size error between the top and bottom layers.
3.The special setting structures is equipped to assort with the setting of cutting die and cutting height,to make the stroke adjustment more simple and accurate.
4.Equipped with central oil supply automaticaly lubricating systerm,to ensure working precision and prolong the service life of machine.
5.Operating with both hands,ensures high safety of operators.
6.According to the need of users,upper cutting board and lower worktable can be treated with hole punching to install the cutting die in advance,also,it can be equipped with a safety photoelectrical control device and water coller.
