PLC control precision four-column hydraulic plane cutting machine

Use and characte

It is suitable for cutting all kinds of floor and wall decorative materials(such as eva floor,pvc floor,asphalt floor,rubber floor,carpet and etc)into large pieces of finshed product batch production.

1.PLC touch screen program control,it has two kinds of cutting die setting(automatic and manual)to choose for cutting.

2.Double oil cylinders,precision four-column auto-balancing link structure,which can guarantee uniform cutting depth of each cutting position.

3.When upper cutting board drops down and touches cutting die,it can automatically slow cutting to make the cutting materials no size error between the top and bottom layers.

4.Equipped with central oil supply automatical lubricating systerm,to ensure working precision and prolong the service life of machine.

5.Equipped with white cutting board slightly moving device,which can effectively prolong the service life of white cutting board and improve cutting quality.

6.Operating with both hands,ensures high safety of operators.

7.According to the need of users,upper cutting board can be treated with hole punching to install the cutting die in advance,aslo,it can be equipped with a safety photoelectrical control and infrared cross light positioning device and water coller.
