Use and character
The machine is widely used for cutting various nonmetal materials in such industries as leather, plastic, plastic packing, cloth, foam sheets, carpets, floors and etc by forming cutter.
1. The mechanism of double oil cylinder, automatic balancing double connection rod and four-column precise guiding can guarantee the same cutting depth of each cutting position.
2. When the pressing board is pressed downwards to contact the cutter, it carries out automatic and slow cutting to make no size error between the uppermost layer and lowermost layer of the cut materials.
3. The central oil supply automatic lubricating system guarantees the service life and precision of machine.
4. Microcomputer control can be allocated with simple, prompt and accurate operation.
5. Single or double side automatic feeding system can be allocated to greatly enhance work efficiency.
6. The cutting board suspension device and optically controlled positioning can be allocated to improve service life of cutting board and guarantee accurate feeding position.
